In recent years, triaspect has conducted written employee surveys involving up to 250 respondents and “face-to-face” interviews with more than 150 interviewees—and done so in German, French and English.
We place special emphasis on the following:
Customised methods, questionnaires and evaluations, since no two corporate cultures or sets of baseline conditions are never exactly the same;
Discretion – in our view, this is the key to obtaining authentic and meaningful results;
No client dependency on our tools, as we use solely the MS Office suite.
